We offer easy access. The Center for Cancer Care is the area¹s only free-standing radiation treatment facility. Unlike big hospital parking lots, our patients can park close to the door and walk right in.   We believe the patient deserves special attention. Each patient is greeted right away by friendly staff as soon as they come through our front door, and waiting is kept to a minimum because we believe your time is as valuable as ours.   We register each patient. Our staff registers each patient, so you don¹t have to fill out any forms. We fill them out for you.   We have a medical physicist on staff. We are the only radiation treatment facility in the region with a medical physicist on staff, ensuring the correct dosage of radiation for each patient during every treatment. Our medical physicist also play a critical role in creating the proper individual treatment plan for every one of our patients.   We offer educational, nutritional and emotional support. We have a certified oncology nurse on staff to take care of each patient and their family members. She is available to answer questions and concerns about any health issue 24 hours a day, seven days a week. Our certified oncology nurse is also skilled in helping patients with emotional support as they deal with cancer treatment.   Here you get one bill. At some places, patients get two bills for the same service: one from the hospital and one from the doctor. At the Center for Cancer Care, patients get one bill.
